• Writing an Updated/Accurate Scope of work with Insurance Companies
• Justifying the Accurate Scope of Work to Insurance Companies

• Independent, Motivated, Critical Thinker, who is organized and open minded to learning to Techniques and Skills
• Ability to Communicate Consistently , openly and transparently with Sales Leadership and other Departments
• Thrive on Change while staying organized and Open Minded.
• Understanding of Profitability and How it relates to Overhead
• Confident and Comfortable Speaker on the phone in order to get what is deserved for the homeowners Scope of Work, especially when it gets uncomfortable.
• Ability to use Windows Computer with in House CRM/Writing Software
• Achieve Weekly/daily Goals of Closing out Files.
• Methodically managing your File/Job Pipeline
• Drive individual Goals as well as being able to contribute as a team Players/atmosphere
